Cupping

Cupping therapy is a technique used by physiotherapists to manipulate and release soft tissue and fascia via the use of silicone or plastic cups. It can help reduce muscle pain and tension, improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, decrease hypersensitivity, reduce swelling, and help promote healing. Cupping therapy is great tool to help with neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, low back pain, or sensitive scars.
